As part of our programmes we provide 4 - 8 week meal plans for optimum health and weight loss giving you plenty of options so that you never get bored. After all variety is the spice of life!
Here's a sample one day meal plan for you to try.
Breakfast
Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and one slice of wholegrain toast.
Snack
Apple and a tbsp of mixed nuts and seeds
Lunch
Wholewheat wrap with chicken, pesto, mixed leaves and cheese.
Snack
2 oatcakes & hummus
Dinner
Low GL Spaghetti Bolognese made with wholemeal pasta, chopped tomatoes and lean beef mince. *
Snack / Dessert
Low GL Plum Crumble. *
