Low GL Vegetarian Pizza


Serves 1



  • 1 large whole wheat wrap

  • 2 tbsp of tomato puree

  • cherry tomatoes

  • sliced mushrooms

  • diced peppers

  • grated cheddar cheese

  • spinach leaves

  • dried oregano



  1. Pre heat the oven to 200 degree C. 

  2. Place the wrap on a suitable baking tray. 

  3. Spread the tomato puree onto the wholewheat wrap and then scatter the cheese, peppers, mushroorms spinach and oregano onto the wrap. 

  4. Cook for 10 min
