Home Made Muesli

Serves 2




75g whole porridge oats

2 tsp pumpkin seeds

2 tsp pre-cracked flaxseed (linseeds)

2 tsp flaked almonds

2 tsp desiccated coconut

1 tbsp xylitol

1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

1/2 tsp ground ginger (optional)

live natural yoghurt, soya yoghurt, milk or non-dairy milk, to mix.




1. Mix the dried ingredients together and add yoghurt or milk.
