Emotional Eating

Do you lose weight only to gain it all, and more, within a short period of time? Do you believe that you can never successfully control your weight simply because you have failed at so many diets in the past?

On this unique programme you will learn to differentiate physical hunger from emotional hunger, how your emotions and negative thinking patterns lead you to reach for high sugar and high fat foods as a reward or a comfort when you have had a hard day or when you are not feeling good about yourself. This programme helps you to look at your strengths and learn how to build on them, focus on and appreciate your achievements, build your self-confidence, effectively problem solve while at the same time teaching you about optimum nutrition and how to be the healthiest and most energetic you can be. This programme will help you lose weight naturally and effortlessly and maintain it longterm.


The Emotional Eating programme runs 3 times a year for 10 weeks (Oct, Jan and Jun). Groups are kept small (10 - 15 participants at a time) to facilitate better interaction, individual attention and confidentiality. 


This programme uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and life coaching techniques to help people overcome emotional eating and finally gain control even during the toughest times in life
